Select "Remote (monthly fee)" if you do not want to use Plug & Play Equipment which includes a media player, HDMI Cord and USB for your screen. This option is best if your location is not local, you require frequent updates or have multiple locations needing to be updated frequently.

OUR PROCESS
Design Phase:
Once your purchase has been made, you will receive an email with a link for you to schedule your Design Strategy Session so we can get started. During this meeting, we'll discover your design needs and retrieve information needed to complete your design (menu, company details, logos, desired pictures or videos, etc.)
Next, we will prepare your design. You'll receive the design proofs for you to review in an email requesting you to reply with any revisions that need to be made or the word "Approved." 
Revision Phase:
If changes need to be made, we will make the requested revisions and reply with updated design proofs for you to review and a link for you to schedule your revision session.
Once design proofs are "Approved", we will deliver your design via USB along with any Plug & Play Equipment ordered.
Close Out Phase:
We will verify that your design and plug and play has been successfully delivered and connected.

FUTURE REVISIONS & UPDATES
Future updates will incur a revision fee after close-out phase.
If your project requires frequent revisions, we suggest that you upgrade to our Remote Digital Media/Menu Screen Design service or select the Media Player option "Remote".
Our Remote option incurs a monthly fee per screen. Ask us how to get your monthly fee waived by getting a custom Tech Solutions Membership Plan.
With a custom membership plan, you'll have access to submit unlimited design requests for much more than Digital Media/Menu Screen Design updates. You can submit design requests for website updates and your other promotional design needs.
